After passing his first state examination, he worked for a German-French law firm in Paris. His legal training took him to various locations, including a law firm in Barcelona. After working as an independent lawyer in Augsburg and as managing director of a tax consulting firm, he founded his own law firm in 2002. In 2018, he opened a branch office in Berlin.
